What are the Jewels of the Desert?

The Jewels of the Desert consist of three items; Sacred Earrings, Serpent of the Nile, and Cleopatra's Headdress. Each of these were given for free to our greatest holders. We haven't formally announced their use yet, but you will need sets of them in order to put them to use in the future. You can come up with quite some theories just from the names and images below:
